Brian Logan has been a Realtor since 1972 and has worked as a broker and sales manager for a large real estate firm. His many experiences, knowledge and desire for a small office focused on customer satisfaction inspired him to open Brian Logan Real Estate on January 1, 1987. He presently has 15 agents working with him and a yearly sales volume of more than $30,000,000. His agents are licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia however his focus is Northwest Washington and Capitol Hill. He develops and manages property including condominiums, apartments and single family homes located throughout Washington, DC.
Brian lives in the Foxhall neighborhood, bordering Rock Creek Park. As a realtor, he serves both Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland; and has as typical clients journalists, attorneys, doctors, business execs, and White House staff. His favorite house sold was his own 8,000 square foot Georgian Colonial.
